This love story began on a night out in Banbury in 2003...
And would unknowingly become one of the most natural business partnerships you'll ever come across.
Graeme was the quiet one. Claire was already on the dancefloor. Somehow it just worked.
Twenty-two years, a proposal, a wedding and two beautiful children later, it was obvious. Some people are just better together. They'd built a life that proved it. And when two driven, business-minded people who happen to be each other's biggest fans realise that everything they touch is stronger when they do it side by side, a business partnership isn't just logical. It's inevitable.
Claire spent years in the background, supporting Graeme as he built the business from the ground up. When the time was right, she stepped into the business properly and brought her own expertise, energy and frankly, her own ideas, with her.
They bring Love into everything they do. It's in the name, yes, but more importantly it's in how they work, the standards they hold themselves to and the relationships they build with the people they support.
Today they run LMA side by side. Two directors, one vision, zero filter between them. The kind of open, honest, no BS relationship they built at home is exactly the kind they bring to their clients.
