Director

Graeme is a true strategic partner, offering sound financial and business advice, underpinned by a wealth of experience in the accounting industry.

Claire has a wide range of experience dealing with all levels of HR matters for both large multinational and small local businesses.

Sam Cowley

Trainee Management Accountant

Sam has been an integral part of the team since joining in 2015, following a change in career direction. She is currently studying towards AAT Level 4

Jasmine Nagra

Client Relationship Manager

Jasmine joins the team with an industry background and has extensive experience in preparing Management accounts. As a Client Relationship Manager, Jasmine’s role includes maintaining strong client relationships by providing support and advice to help our clients grow their businesses.
“Having worked in both industry and practice, I wanted my next career move to be a more hands on role, that shares my values of providing an excellent client experience”.

Aimee Higgs

Business Development & HR Advisor

Aimee comes from a HR Background and has transferred those skills and knowledge successfully to support Claire with our clients HR / Payroll needs. In addition, Aimee supports Graeme with business development and on-boarding of all our new clients, ensuring we are compliant throughout the process. Aimee works closely with the team in all policy matters, providing administrative support, when needed.

Ben Bellringer

Assistant Management Accountant

Ben joins the team from another local firm, where he predominately focused on Year-Ends as an Accounts Senior, and is keen to strengthen his experience under the Management Accounts sector. Currently AAT qualified, Ben plans to further his studies in the future and using his previous experience to support a range of our clients.
“I’m looking forward to developing my skills and getting a broader range of interaction with a portfolio of clients, utilising my previous experience to enhance the best practice for my clients”

LuLu Love

Employee Welfare Officer

LuLu joined us at the end of 2021 and loves to fuss over the team and make sure they are feeling happy. LuLu plays a vital part in the team’s welfare and is always ready for some cuddles and to help them finish off their lunch.

Meyden Bonacua

Accounts Assistant

Meyden joins us on an Apprenticeship scheme after completing work experience with us back in 2024. Meyden has a passion for learning and developing her skills and experience within the accounting industry. Meyden is studying her AAT at a local college, whilst working alongside Graeme and the team in the office.
